MANAGEMENT
Brian J. Tehako, CEO. A graduate from DePaul University with a degree in Business Finance, Brian has over nine years experience trading a variety of electronic futures and managing dozens of other proprietary traders. Beginning his career in the CBOT pits, he quickly made the transition to electronic trading with the emerging volume and volatility in the DTB and CBOT-ACE exchanges. Focusing on market relationships and spreads, Brian has established himself as one of the largest traders in Eurex history. Former Director of Proprietary Trading at York Business Associates, LLC.


Justin Diamond, Partner. With a degree in Psychology from Ohio University, Justin has developed and constantly improved a consistent method to trading spreads across a multitude of electronic futures products. Justin began his career in the 30 Year Bond Option pit and has been been trading for nine years.




David Hilkes, Partner. David is a native of Hamburg, Germany.  He graduated from Meadowdale High School in Dayton, Ohio and went on to receive Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University in Chicago in 1998. He started his professional career at the Chicago Board of Trade as a clerk in the 30 Year Bond Option pit, soon becoming responsible to manage the group's overnight position on the old Project A system. In 2000 David joined York Business Associates to electronically trade German and U.S. Treasury spreads.  Since then he has added other international government debt, stock indicies, and currencies to his trading portfolio.

Robert Lee, Managing Partner. Robert started as a Statistical Analyst for Lakeshore Trading LLC in 1997. His focus transitioned to fundamental analysis of the economy and he began trading the coupon curve shortly thereafter. Currently, he oversees all fundamental analysis at BOSS Trading. Robert also manages the proprietary group and actively trades long term positions for the group. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.


Andrew J. Turner, Partner. Andrew has a proven track record in exploring unique relationships and spreads for eight years now, finding newer and better ways to take advantage of spreading opportunities across a variety of fixed-income, equity, commodity, and currency futures contracts. Andrew started his career in the 30 Year Bond Option pit and has a degree in Finance from Indiana University.



Mark Wasylyszyn, Partner. Mark has eight years electronic trading experince and is the Chief Technical Analyst at BOSS Trading. Mark began his career in the 10 Year Note pit and quickly developed an understanding of patterns in fixed-income futures. Applying both classical and contemporary technical methods to trading outrights and spreads, he keeps BOSS Trading at the forefront of modern technical analysis in all major markets and trains others in this discipline.
